yep totally agree Sahil Dhankhar! I love the way Chris Hadfield explains the concept in his book, totally worth a read if you havent. It’s not a management specific book but I totally loved it and couldn’t put it down :)

Preparation is an important aspect too, I keep a separate notebook just for 1–1s and have it sectioned up per person I’m doing them with and try to leave some time before each one to recap
hey Aleksander Sumowski, I’ve seen the term BAU a lot too, could work but not a huge fan of it :( Just had the idea of calling it ‘high-impact’, to emphasise that yes it may not be OKR-related, but we should still be selecting work that will have a high impact.
Still not sure though, we’re coming up the end of the quarter so let’s see what changes we make this time :)
