Replacement Management Module

Module — Replacement Management:

RMA Master: Company Name, Courier Details, Product Details.

Key Features:

• Customer, Dealer, and Distributors raise the requests from his portal.
• Customer, Dealer, and Distributor send the parcel with RMA Master.
• RMA Admin Receive the Request.
• RMA Admin forward Device to RMA Engineer to test.
• RMA Engineer Test and check if whether the problem is possible to solve by replacing the components.
• Also, RMA Engineer checks the status of the Warranty.
• If it’s out of Warranty, the RMA Engineer list down the components and sends the Sales Order to the Customer/Dealers/Distributors.
• If they approve, RMA Engineer works and finishes the required work and notify that the Device is ready to Dispatch.
• If Not, the RMA Engineer advises replacing the device and he notifies the same to Customer/Dealers/Distributors.
• Customer/Dealers/Distributors check the Device if it works fine, they close the RMA request. If not, they add the issue again in RMA Master and Send the Device to the Company.
