At work places ,real communication is message received but not message intended .One should what they want to say ,always focus on the future and share information.For efficiency in communication ,there should be ;clarity,completeness,courtesy and correctness.I am a capable communicator, but sometimes I experience communication problems. Take the time to think about my approach to communication, and focus on receiving messages effectively, as much as sending them. This will help me improve. Just like the shape of a pyramid with a tipped point it helps me to: start with the main point to conclusion .To then break down supporting reasons below it. At any communication point , consider defending one point at a time.This is to ensure all ideas are well explained and summarized.The main point should be first and its explanation done.Through learning structured communication from Uready has enabled me recognize the need to be a good communicator
