What do We Lose in Weight Loss ?

“What do we lose in a weight loss journey?” is the subject of this article. On a weight-loss journey, people often experience various changes and sacrifices. Actually, losing weight gives a person a great number of benefits, but there are some bad effects that are minor. A few of these bad effects are very alarming.

I want to mention two of theses bad effects over here.

Face Appearance:

One of the most noticeable changes with weight loss is a reduction in facial fullness. When a person loses fat overall, some of it will come from his face, leading to a slimmer appearance.
Losing weight can lead to a more defined jawline as the layer of fat under the skin decreases. This can result in a skeleton appearance on your face that looks very bad.

As facial fat decreases, cheekbones can become more prominent and noticeable, giving the face a more sculpted look.
With weight loss, the eyeballs bulge out. Reduced puffiness and swelling can lead to a weaker and more alert appearance.

In some cases, especially for older persons, weight loss can lead to the appearance of wrinkles becoming more pronounced due to the loss of facial fat, which acts as a natural filler over here.
