Exclusively for the PS4, one of the most anticipated games of 2017. Unveiled at E3 2016, the game promises Zombie fighting and survival like never before. Bends Studios have given us something to wait for as the game is set in the beautiful, volcanic scarred high-desert of the Pacific Northwest. It is set in an open world where you would be playing as a drifter and bounty hunter who would rather risk the dangers of the broken road than live in one of the “safe” wilderness encampments, Deacon St. John.
The soundtracks are an extra bonus as they complement the situation completely and mostly are soothing as to tell us about the traumatic incidents which took place 2 years prior to the game world. It tells us about the virus which spread and made everyone a man eater ~ Cannibal in other terms. It’s the story of a man who lost his girlfriend in those horrible times and hopes to be able to kill them all, we aren’t sure about the exact story of the game but as far as shown in the trailer, it’s beautiful.
The game runs on the Unreal Engine 4 which powers other games like Law Breakers, Batman Arkham VR, Paragon, Injustice 2 and Obduction. A lot is expected of the engine and hopefully Bends Studios doesn’t disappoint us.
As of now the release date of Days Gone hasn’t been officially confirmed but we expect it to release later this year, probably mid-August, September. We are expecting one hell of a game but its only downfall being is that its only coming out for the PS4.
