Using Paytm, I recharged my Airtel DTH account on 18.7.2017 by an amount of Rs. 200. The transaction time mentioned in the invoice downloaded from Paytm shows 1:51 p.m.

Despite two days, there has been no increase in the Airtel DTH balance. Moreover, Airtel has suspended my account and levied a penalty of Rs. 15.

I hereby demand the refunding of my Rs. 200 as credit, owing to a failed and unsuccessful transaction by Paytm.

Take this matter up on an exigent basis to do the needful rectification at your end, lest, I file a complaint with the consumer court of Delhi for economic fleecing and misrepresentation of facts by your seemingly esteemed organisation.
