Innovation is the lifeblood of any company, but it’s not always easy to ignite 💡

Over the last 5+ years, I have launched various corporate innovation programs at Amdocs India and empowered employees to become innovators in bringing growth & transformation. Along the way, I have learned some valuable lessons. While the list is never ending but here are Top 10 learning’s in Corporate Innovation:

1. 𝐁𝐞 𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫.

Innovation is a complex and ever-evolving journey that requires constant adaptation and perseverance. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to launching an innovation program. The key is to be open to new ideas and learnings, to embrace a culture of experimentation and to find the recipe that works best for you 🙂
