Vegetable salad with Lollo Rosso Lettuce

Ingredients:

2 cups lollo rosso lettuce chopped ( any lettuce will work)

1 medium sized onion diced

1 medium sized tomato diced

15 olives sliced

Half a floret broccoli

Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Salt and pepper to taste

Feta cheese 1/2 cup

Recipe:

  1. Add the vegetables to the bowl and then add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add some olive oil and feta cheese and mix thoroughly.
