Best Adjustable Dumbbells

Powerblocks are adjustable dumbbells from the company by the same name. Depending on the model, you will get changeable dumbbells that replace up to 34 individual pairs of dumbbells. That’s an entire gym right at your fingertips. They also take up no more room than one couple of dumbbells would normally take, making for easy cleanup and storage and reducing the amount of clutter you would typically have with multiple hand weights.

They are really self titled the “world’s best dumbbell”, though after working time with them, I am keen to agree with their self promotion. They, simply put, are the best adjustable dumbbells around. My own set ranges from 5–45 lbs, though additional features could bring that quantity much higher. These add ons allow Powerblocks to achieve the consumer the heaviest weight available and the most overall flexibility in getting those weight load (you could start away with a beginner established (5–45 lbs) then increase with add-ons as you get more robust — something their competitor, Bowflex, are not able to claim). They come with the industry’s longest warrantee (10–15 years) and are made with solid metallic. I’ve dropped my collection numerous times, but have seen no ill results from this so considerably.

But what really models the product apart is the ease of use and quality of materials. The handle is very comfortable to grip, and I actually have experienced no problems doing any and every exercise with it (though it may appear awkward at first, it actually works quite well), and the pin system is brilliant. Similar to a green locking system on any universal weight machine you could see at a health club, to change weights you simply remove the pin number and place it at the desired weight level. It locks into place, assuring you will be picking the weight you want (and that it will stay in place until you remove it). Can make changing weights quick and easy, and helps you to save valuable time during span workouts. I am able to switch weights between sets in less than 5 seconds, something unheard of before these came up out on the market. Fortunately they are the most small dumbbell available, and are much less space-consuming than Bowflex or any other competitor in the flexible dumbbell world. Unlike Bowflex, you don’t need to to “dock” the Powerblocks anywhere. In simple fact, mine lay on the floor in my room throughout the workout.

In addition to all these benefits, they are also one of the more affordable flexible dumbbells on the marketplace. Bowflex sells for around 50 bucks more, for the same weight increments. Though there are other more cheap brands available, none come with the quality of Powerblocks. They are, simply put, the best adjustable hand weights on the market today.
