One of the biggest hurdles that new gym-goers have trouble getting over is the anxiety that comes with stepping inside for the first time. How do you do what you want to do without looking like a total newbie and/or getting in the way? Do you even know what you’re supposed to do? How does this thing work? What’s the etiquette? Oh no, are they looking at you? Maybe you should go home and do this alone?
