Two Quick and Simple SFX Techniques for Your Next Cosplay!

One of the most daunting parts of horror cosplay is not having access to prosthetics or other gory details to complete your character. Never fear! You really only need a few tools to get started and begin doing your own make-up with ease.

I used a Ben Nye bruise wheel and scab blood here, but you could just as easily use lipstick if you’re in a pinch.

My advice? Practice, and don’t take it too seriously. It’s all for fun!
