Mmmm… I journal but must admit my journal lately has been ranting about distractions and interruptions and how little work I managed to get done etc.

Needs to be more positive, so adding great things and stuff to be grateful for sounds good, but I think I’ll write down great things that happened today, rather than yesterday. I should add I journal in the morning but also the evening, where I write down my goals for the next day.
