Focus on your strengths. Outsource your weaknesses.

What are you excellent at? Don’t list your top ten, list your three strengths.

What do you spend your energy on?

If the answer is anything other than: “I spend 90% of my energy on my top three strengths”, you’re failing.

Be ruthlessly focused on your top three strengths.

That means avoiding work that you are good at, but not excellent at. The seven things in your top ten that are not the top three.

Avoid this work at all costs.

Only do the stuff you’re excellent at.

Focus on your strengths. Outsource the rest.
