Jane, I found you today through your uniquely nurturing letter to the Sports editor of the New York Times Jan 3 2016. The battle for equality, and against prejudice, requires eternal vigilance for the long list of people subject to the bite of institutional discrimination — women, religious minorities, people of color, indigenous people, immigrants, seniors, LGBT people, poor people, people with physical and behavioral differences….Your reflections are beautifully composed about the endemic systemic corruption of nurture, equality and truth. The “R” word is among the most horrific words in the english language, it is dictionary definition racist, and it is institutionally illegal based upon the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
