Political Revolution is About Waking Up
Joe Brewer

The concept of democracy sets out the proposition that relatively simple forced choice systems can organise collective decision making.

What we see now being played out is the basic structural flaw in that proposition. It will never work if it is designed to offload our responsibility from collective consensus and decision making and power to a centralised group and a legislated process - it becomes corrupted by the concentration of power. Worse still this theatrical-financial blockbuster has every incentive to try to ensure that our consciousness is dulled and that we marvel at the emperor’s new clothes indefinitely.

As you say Joe we have to take back the responsibility and use our consciousness and power. We need to sharpen the consciousness and conscience of everyone we can.
