From my enthusiastic lifetime participation in dance and chorale I’ve learned that many dance band musicians cannot dance and many fine voices cannot sing in a chorale because they can’t read music. In dance you have to decide to go with your flow and dance like no one is watching after you learn the basics.

I don’t drink alcohol, do drugs or smoke and never have. I've always been a dancer, watch what I eat and control my weight. I have survived stage 4 cancer and sepsis shock. Prior to Covid quarantine I was a swimmer, cyclist, weight trainer and such and hope to get back in shape. Overall, I believe dancing is what has been of most benefit. It has little chance of injury while offering benefits for mind body and soul.

Although Thomas Jefferson frequently attended Unitarian services it appears that he never officially joined by signing the membership book. He supposedly stated that “in time everyone will be a Unitarian”. It so happens that I have been for over fifty years and am now a member of Jefferson Unitarian Church. Therein I have morphed between Christianity to humanism via multiple spiritual paths. It is a church without dogma where you are not instructed in “the truth” but rather continue to question and evolve in the company of kindred spirits.

If you watch Tucker Carlson on Fox News TV note that everything he reports on is mostly his opinion - with mammoth theatrics. That’s OK if you’re seeking entertainment but not if it’s presented as news.
