I've always been a dancer, watch what I eat and control my weight. I have survived stage 4 cancer and sepsis shock. Prior to Covid quarantine I was a swimmer, cyclist, weight trainer and such and hope to get back in shape. Overall, I believe dancing is what has been of most benefit.
