As expressed within our main mission and branding story — we are equipped in delivering not only efficient, patient-centered solutions to our leaders and practices — but to fully develop and create a collaborative ecosystem that is built on sustainability and innovation.

Our brand story relies heavily on the transformation incited within these workplace environments through the implementation of continuous learning, consistency, and innovation supplied through our training programs. With this, we conclude that the words that define our brand and mission are based upon 6 key phrases/words that are used through and throughout within our voice and platform.

  • Accessibility

With accessible and scalable tools available for learners within the platform — the term for accessibility is vital to our platform’s description, as it embodies the simplicity and easiness that derives from our system of learning. Accessibility stands for the ability to continue scaling one’s learning progress through the ease and user-friendly interface that is built within our system

  • Innovation

Innovational tools rely upon the instinct of wanting to provide the accurate technology and applicable solutions to the improvement of healthcare and staff training overall. We actively utilize language within the confinements of ‘innovation’ as it’s a staple in our mission and our delivery of products. With innovational products, not only are we fostering an environment that is influenced by the latest technology and tools at their disposal — but we are also fostering that key element of continuous learning through these tools.

Going hand in hand with ophthalmology — innovation is required heavily when accessing new forms of information and learning tools. Thus, our mission stands in implementing these solutions into our products as we hope to envision a future within ophthalmology that curates and fosters an environment that is both innovative and collaborative.

  • Continuous Learning

While learning is ever-evolving in this framework — at Alchemy Vision we envision our learners constantly learning in the scope of this ever-changing innovational world. To allow our learners to flourish along their leaders, continuous learning must be implemented within the environment to fully allow room for growth and improvement.

In order to fully grow not only as a practice — but as a team — we at Alchemy Vision believe that by relating our story and mission into the path to continuous learning — we can begin to explore and transcend onto this untapped potential within our practices and learning environments.

  • Leadership

Within our fostered environments — much like our leadership tips and resources, we’d like to envision our leaders and learners passionate about their team and their progress. At Alchemy Vision, we’d like to envision these environments to be fostered through the various leadership tips/tools that heavily induce intrinsic motivation within our learners.

Thus, by incorporating several leadership tools/tricks and automating these into our supplementary resources — we establish a fundamental program in teaching our learners and leaders how to lead and how to engage their fellow staff members. Leadership is a virtue, something that is taught rather than an instilled skill within leaders and learners — thus, at Alchemy Vision we understand the necessity in acquiring these leadership skills for teams to have mentors and have that support system throughout their time.

  • Collaboration

For these teams and for these practices — it’s vital that we ensure a feeling of collaboration and instill that feeling of familiarity within our audience through our expression.

We incite a feeling of collaboration within our eye care teams — and hope to resonate deeply with our messaging — what they’d like to collaborate on, what they’ve learned through our programs, etc.

Our message stands quickly with the term of collaboration as it also gives a sense of community for our teams and practices — one that we hope can be established later on through our community efforts implemented!

  • Multi-skilling

Through multi-skilling and incorporating this for our leaders — we learn to adapt and to keep up with the fast-paced environment within both our healthcare system and the fast-changing work environment.

With learners that are multi-skilled and multi-faceted as they face excessive patient back flow, resource allocation, and a lack in support — our mission stands in delivering our mission through messaging that relies heavily on communication that expresses multi-skilling and versatility.

Because of this versatility — we encourage practices all-around to inspire this versatility within their teams — as it promises both self-sufficiency and confidence for their teams. Teams that are confident within their abilities are most likely to take on additional responsibilities outside their expected job duties — essentially taking some of the workload off the shoulders of both onboarding team members and administrators.

Specifically, according to studies, multi-skilling not only allows flexibility in scheduling in your teams, but it is an essential element in this era of competitive work.
