Do something fun

To get in the creative mode by doing something fun, I turned the TV on and started shuffling channels. One TV show caught my attention and I decided to watch it since I never seen it before. It was a “Penn & Teller: Fool Us” episode where magicians try to fool the famous Penn and Teller illusionists. It was so much fun to watch different tricks and to try to understand them. I was lucky enough to witness a magician that actually fooled Penn and Teller, which was Chris Rose. I was puzzled about his Oreo trick that won him the trophy. I really enjoyed it and it was a great way to clear my mind for more creative ideas.

Suggested Themes

The themes I chose form the domain of health and well being are:

  1. Sleeping: I think it’s interesting to explore sleeping since I have been having issues getting enough sleep. I am a wife, mother, and student. Being so busy, I don’t get enough sleep every night.
  2. Stress: I get stressed out easily as I try to balance my busy student and family schedules. I have a lot of responsibilities such as feeding and cleaning my child and spending time with my husband on top of being a student.
  3. Depression: Being away from my parents and siblings while studying makes me get depressed very easily. I have to remind myself that studying will end one day and I will be able to see my family more often, which helps me through my depression.
