I like how you have very detailed step by step directions for the recipe. I also like the separated sections for the frosting and cheese crisp directions from the main recipe of the cookie directions. I wish if you had tried to use the baking tools you bought to shape the cheese crisp or the cookie. I think it would very interesting to see that. I wish if you tried adding some honey in the cookie dough and reduce the sugar. I wonder how it would taste all together? What if you add some cheese in the batter as well so the base cookie would have bouncing flavor in its own. I think it would help the cookie to bring the salty and sweet taste stronger.
