More than 40,000 people in 23 countries were surveyed by Statista for the Forbes ranking “The World’s Best Banks 2019” for their satisfaction with banks. In addition, information on the factors of trust, fees, digital services, and financial advice was included. The result: ING and Citibank lead the overall ranking.
