I took a look. I think the service itself is valuable and just at a glance the resources looked decent. I think the light tone could turn people off. “That totally sucks” and the awkward animated gif feel a bit too lighthearted for the topic.
I’d also suggest you reach out to a trained counselor for guidance and see if you can adjust your bot’s flow and responses based on their input on people’s questions and how best to broach and lead into various topics. A very serious health topic that can lead to serious depression needs to have a higher bar for vetting the advice and delivery style.
