Thanks Russ! Bleeding edge products and technologies often have regulatory challenges, but I think the formula of market adoption preceding regulatory adoption is empirically well-established. Our goal is for our product to be chemically identical to wine, which means the most appropriate label for it will be wine — eventually. For now, there are TTB classifications we can fit into while we petition for acknowledgment as wine in the future.
