You are completely misinformed or intentionally misinforming. H1B visa holders have an allowed period of work of 6 years. At the end of that period they either return home or apply for a permanent residency. There is no endless loop. They are also paid a specific wage based on their position since the company has to justify why they get the position over an American. They aren’t undocumented and forced to get any job with unlivable wages and no benefits or rules. You clearly speak as someone who has not had to go through the immigration process.
