Jazz is called “ a creator of a cultural passport”, considering its unifying function, because this style of music, adored by millions of people around the world, is the symbol of multiculturalism and diversity. It unites us, “ incorporates and absorbs what is going on, breaks down barriers and connects people”. What other music style does possess such a unifying potential? I guess classical music is the answer. This style of music could be called immortal, because people from the 19 century and from the 21 century listened and listen to it with great joy. So, it unites generations of music lovers. At every continent compositions, created by Mozart, Bach or Thaikovsky capture the audience whatever decade is now. And the language of classical music is clear for everybody who listens to it carefully and its understanding doesn’t depend on culture or race.
