In my experience, the reason you have type related issues or “NaN” is because you didn’t unit test your code base properly, so instead of working on that elusive 100% code coverage you decided to waste time on another tool, because it gives you false sense of accomplishment and feels better than writing tests. Type correctness doesn’t guarantee program correctness.
