Totally agree Stéphane, and I think it is precisely this multi-disciplinary nature of analytics that drives most businesses into outsourcing. It is hard having an in-house team with a data scientist + marketer + tool expert + analysts, so it’s definitely an attractive solution to work with a specialized agency and have a virtual team where the above profiles are aggregated, mixing the optimal amount of work hours from each of the profiles depending on the project.
