New Year. New Decade.

I recently celebrated the big 3–0 (WOOO!!) and cannot remember a birthday where I felt more loved on. I hope you experience many moments of being loved on — it’s a special feeling.

Anywho, several friends wrote some super sweet notes wishing me a wonderful new year and decade ahead. Here are some highlights that stick out to me, mainly because they hit a nerve somewhere in my core that I will definitely need to dig a bit more into.

“I’m so thankful for your kindness, care, love of people, enthusiasm, authenticity and positivity. You are a joy to be around and I think you have a wonderful ability to create relational space that feels safe.”
