Creating an avenue for your employees to contribute to your cause initiative is a terrific way to foster an engaging and productive work environment. Employees want to hear about the good things their company is doing, but they also want to be involved and feel like they are making a difference themselves. Once you have all the details ironed out, it’s time to create a plan for promotion.
