Stanford University School of Medicine might just reverse aging in our Lifetime. What? Yes, in our Lifetime.

They’ve discovered an effective way to extend our telomeres and reverse over ten years of aging in just a couple of days.

Quick catch up, telomeres are the “caps” on the end of our shoelace-like DNA strands. Essentially, they keep the entire thing from unraveling.

The longer your telomeres, the longer your life (and quality of it).

Here’s my favorite quote from the article: “Existing transient methods of extending telomeres act slowly, whereas our method acts over just a few days to reverse telomere shortening that occurs over more than a decade of normal aging. This suggests that a treatment using our method could be brief and infrequent.”
