My implementation plan is to start with a hybrid cloud (in my lab I have one server with FreeBSD, and another one with Linux), move OpenStack services from Linux nodes to FreeBSD, fix issues and make ports.

For networking I plan to use openvswitch, however there is no in-kernel datapath for FreeBSD, no GRE or VXLAN support yet.

Absolutely, I would like to see Openstack working with bhyve :)
bhyve is very promising.

In other words, my goal is to break all complexity around OpenStack, make something that become a catalyst for FreeBSD and OpenStack Communities to bring BSD in Cloud Computing field! :)
