Hello Dani,

My @wwethealexander has been disabled twice by Instagram. The first time I got my account back, this service called GetHuman helped me get it back, after GetHuman had Instagram send me a code, which I had to reply with a selfie of myself with the code, my full name and my Instagram username. 5 days later after Instagram gave me my account back, Instagram disabled my account. I immediately filled out an appeal saying why Instagram disabling my account was a mistake. The instructions said to “please describe to us why you’re appealing the decision to permanently deactivate your account.” I filled out everything and explained to them what the issue with my Instagram was and sent it to me. GetHuman again had Instagram send me a different code, which I had to take a photo of my face and me holding the code with other pertinent information I mentioned earlier. Two days later, Instagram sent me this e-mail saying “Hi, it looks like your account has been disabled. We disable Instagram accounts that don’t follow our Terms of Use.” GetHuman kept asking me to send the photo of myself with the code again and again, but it all went down to no avail. Instagram hasn’t replied with anything since. I need help. My @wwethealexander account means so much to me. GetHuman said they couldn’t help me with the problem anymore. I need your help, Dani.
