Is it possible to evolve in 100 days?

Everyone has at least one bothersome goal that they have been trying to achieve for months, years or even decades.

What’s so difficult about losing those 20 pounds, getting that job, or learning to play your dust covered guitar that has been patiently waiting in the corner?

It’s not that we are incapable.

99% of the goals that people fail to reach are very achievable. We don’t lack the intelligence or the resources. With the click of the button, you can access any piece of information you need online instantly. And yet, another New Year’s Eve rolls around and you find yourself setting the same goals.

I personally have several habits or goals that I have struggled to accomplish and implement. This is a dangerous area of thought as it can quickly spiral into a deep pool of negativity. I believe this is one of the core reasons why people fail to accomplish in general. They begin focusing on their past failures.

“If I couldn’t do it last year, what makes this year any different?”

The past does not equal the present.

We have all completed amazing feats that we should be extremely proud of. Yes, we have failed in the past. What we need to realize is that our past failures have absolutely nothing to do with what we can accomplish…
