So many of us get stuck in this constant loop of “there’s something wrong with me that I NEED to fix.”, especially in this day and age of personal development and making your life better.

Personal development and changing certain things about yourself is a wonderful thing, so don’t get me wrong but changing yourself into the highest version of you, DOESN’T MEAN THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH YOU and something that you MUST FIX!!

We come to this planet already knowing how worthy, deserving, enough and lovable we are. We are filled with those feelings even if we end up being born with some deformation, disability or illness. It is the people around us who eventually end up teaching us that there is something wrong with us and that we need fixing.

Your essence, your inner core just KNOWS how amazing you are without anything needed or added to your life, just exactly who you are, as you are, RIGHT NOW RIGHT HERE. Nothing more, nothing less, just AS YOU ARE.

A lot of people have a hard time accepting that because then they will begin to project and list all the things that are currently wrong with them and all the things they are doing to fix it or get rid of it (most of the time, I find those people truly attached to the things and symptoms they are trying to fix because WITHOUT them, they would be healed which meaning there is nothing wrong with them anymore… ironic huh?)

Think about it this way, when you are constantly telling yourself that there is something wrong with you, you are basically telling your subconscious mind to look for evidence in the outside world to prove to you, that there indeed is something wrong with you.

& when you think this way for a long time, you’re list of wrong things about you will grow and you will ultimately become attached to those things/aliments/addicts/habits/illnesses since those are the exact things that will prove just how much there is something wrong with you.

I know this can be a bit of a brain twist but once you get it; once you understand it, this can become super freeing and also scary at the same time because without those things that you have become identified with, who would you be? *dum dum dum*

And that’s a really POWERFUL question, who would you be without your list of “things that are wrong with me?” WHO WOULD YOU BE??

You would realize, you are ALREADY WHOLE, WORTHY, LOVED, ENOUGH, BEAUTIFUL etc. and the thing is, YOU ALREADY ARE THOSE THINGS.

You have just been tuned in and tapped in a completely different story; a completely different reality and version of yourself. But once you start to drop the story and start telling yourself just how amazing you are, how talented, beautiful, worthy etc. you will start tapping into a completely different story that will ultimately CHANGE. YOUR. LIFE!!!

You will finally come to the realization of who you truly are in this VERY moment even when you were telling yourself a toxic story about yourself and your life.
