Snooze

We all did it. From one to every morning when the alarm goes on. But those of us who aren’t using smartphone clock from diapers, we remember not having that option necessarily.

I’ve always suspected people complain about their day from early morning are snoozing their alarms 3–4–5 times regularly. And I’m writing this down as I found some more evidence that one simple snooze will seriously affect your day — studies show that you’ll be even more tired and tend to delay several other things. We believe we trick time and we do ourselves a favor while in fact is the other way around.

I want you the next time when the alarm goes on, or something to be done shows around the corner, to see two options and fall in love for the first: choose to get out of bed and get it done right now or choose to delay it and feel guilty and unproductive later.

Decide when you’re willing to get things done and set the alarm that minute. Nothing good comes of snooze Period.
