Oh, I fully agree! My 10-year-old came home with a war story. I have then realised war anxiety got her too. We live in a former URSS country, at the border with Belorussia and everyone hear is very emotional about the war. To tone it down a bit, we have started to consume the news more intentional, for limited time through the family TV, to give more space to healthy routines.
