It’s a bit funny but still amazing how handling a brand in a personable way can attract such genuine admiration from most.

The main essence of social media is to connect and share with other humans and @FshawKingFisher (on Twitter) has proven that he knows exactly what that means. Great social media interaction and engagement may sometimes come off as an art to the unsuspecting but then there’s a whole lot of science to it.
A lesson I’ve relearned and noted from the remarkable way @FshawKingFisher handled @officialEFCC’s Twitter account is that in the long run it pays to build a deep emotional connection with your audience and your brand’s style of communication goes a long way to determine how you’re perceived and how fast you can grow your connections.
The proof is everywhere we swipe to that to win with social media brands and businesses have to take a leap from their B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Customers) influenced the style of business email communication to the superior H2H (Human to Human) personable communication.
H2H is about speaking human. It is about finding commonality in our humanity and using language in a way we are all looking for. H2H is also about expressing emotions, human emotions because ‘businesses’ don’t have that. It is about seeking to understand first then to be understood in order to build the strong connection you need to gain the trust of your community.
People want to connect on a human level and not just customer level because they believe that the business that proves to understand them better can protect their interest even better.
