Three’s company
Jason Fried

I have always thought that 3 people was great number for an independent team. When one team member feels down the two others can actually cheer that one up and move forward. Which cannot necessarily happen alone or with two people. More than three and the bond within the team is harder to build.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
