Where do you see yourself in 3–5 years?
My apartment in San Francisco is humble, but this is fine because I rarely spend time inside. It’s my sanctuary to simply reorganize my clothing and rest my head. The majority of my life takes place outside the walls of my little, clean abode. I’ve fallen completely, hopelessly in love with my start-up. I’m invigorated every day by its growth, and watching the seed slowly blossom is the only thing that I can think about. I cherish the early days, because I know that in the future, like a child, the company will stand on its own two feet and I will only be there to mentor, teach, and hope that with the right guidance, the company will grow into success. My life is flush with purpose, I’m a beacon for my coworkers, investors, mentees to look up to. I lead with an incredibly strong vision and passion. My best qualities are put forth every single day: unabashed optimism, truth, and hunger for a better world. Your coworkers are your family, and have been hand selected. You live, eat, and accel at the office. On arrival, you can’t hide your happiness. It’s not because of the decorations in the room, not because of the temperature, not because of any physical items: but because you’re making your mark on the world and grabbing tightly with both hands what your were born to do.
