I enjoy the continuing celebrity gag reel that Fallon churns out each week - in a straight rip from a “Stars They’re Just Like Us” US Weekly staged promotion - as the apex slot of the global entertainment promo-press tournament.

Are you getting any James Franco from The Interview vibes from Fallon’s best buddies treatment of Trump? Like maybe he and Donald hung out and now Jimmy is thinking, “hey I just wanted to ask some questions and score a big interview, not become a part of the fight.” Not that Trump is Kim Jong anyone, but he’s gotta be one of the shittier people Fallon has had on the show (Cosby appears before Hannibal Burress re-opened the case.)

And, are you surprised at how NBC has given Trump such platforms, between Fallon and Lauer, to make the peacock look like a bigger asshole? Didn’t Trump take shots at NBC the moment they cut ties with him after his creepy beauty pageant was dropped because he had alienated every single Mexican viewer by calling an entire people rapists?
