Wayfair. The company that is giving big name furniture stores a run for their money. Wayfair, for those of you who don’t know, is an online furniture store that sells quality product across all price ranges. They offer products from a few distinct brands- Joss & Main, Allmodern, BirchLane, and Perigold. Wayfair provides quick, reasonably priced, quality furniture and home goods at a click of the button.
With over 1 million followers on Instagram and over 7 million on Facebook, Wayfair knows how to effectively reach their following. When looking at the reviews tab on Facebook, you can really see just how great the company is .
“Such a wonderful company! Excellent customer service, and they really care about their customers. I can’t thank them enough for their products and kindness!!”
“I have ordered several things for a cabin in a remote area. I’ve order anything from a mixing bowl to a dresser. The comments span from praises on the customer service team to commending the quick and convenient delivery of large items. Customers really value being treated like they are valued and listened to, and based on the many findings on social media, they dominate in this arena. Sure, their reviews aren’t all perfect, because all companies make mistakes, but overall they are primarily positive.
Looking at Instagram, Wayfair gets many comments on their posts and customers enjoy interacting and voicing their opinions on design elements. They also respond to customer comments which is very valuable.

While looking at reviews on TrustPilot, I came across some similar views on the company which only further showed that Wayfair satisfies it’s customers. Wayfair also took the time to respond to these customer reviews whether they be positive or negative and either thanked the reviewer for the kind words or helped the reviewer resolve any issues they had.

As seen above, Wayfair shows great stories on Social Media. Looking at their comments and engagement, they are doing something right.
