I get it — his scheme is complicated. But this whole video is assuming that he had everything planned out from beginning to end, and not that he had a broad outline of his plan and rolled with the punches to get there, which seems a lot more likely. Really the entire plan revolved around A. Kidnapping Harvey (which he didn’t even succeed in doing the first time he tried it), and B. Getting thrown in jail himself (Which if Gordon hadn’t suprised him he just had to walk into any police station). All the rest of the stuff he did is pretty doable if you’re a crime lord with a bunch of lackies doing your bidding and a bunch of money, which he had.
