NBA Node: Prevent Re-Offers

Examine responses from previous recommendations that were made to this record, and will not repeat a proposition, depending on the set configuration.

Currently the only allowable values for “Filter Modes” are either Accepted or Rejected. If no value is provided, the node will default to tracking both kinds of response. (However, once one is specified, it will not return to the “both” default. This is a bug)

maxRecommendationCount and lookbackDuration should be integers.
