The real problem of Kotlin today, is that its Android estensions simply doesn’t work (it work with Activity layouts, but i.e. not for custom views layouts), and we can’t use the new Android Data Binding libraries from Google. When all will be functioning, Kotlin will become the first real alternative language for Android.
