Many of your proposals make a lot of sense and I could support them. The most important one is the ability for private citizens to be able to check on the people who they sell guns to — most law abiding people who sell and trade guns spend a lot of time trying to figure out who the buyers are. Not sure how we deal with privacy concerns, but I do agree with the idea.
