One on occasion our investors wanted each of the key employees to get “key man” life insurance policies. There were four of us. Three of us were married and lived in the suburbs and one lived in the predominately gay area. He was single and in amazing shape. He wasn’t gay, but the insurance carriers classified him as “gay” and wouldn’t write the policy for him.
