Adjunct Professor, UNSW- Martin Locke is one of Australia’s leading authorities on infrastructure finance. Martin is a retired Partner of PwC, having led their Infrastructure Advisory practice in Sydney over the period 2001–2014, after 23 years in investment banking with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. Martin has provided financial and commercial advice on some of Australia’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects including PPPs. He is able to advise on all aspects of the project life cycle from feasibility/business case, through to procurement, financing and financial close. He was the lead financial adviser to Government on Lane Cove Tunnel, NSW Rollingstock, Royal North Shore Hospital Redevelopment, Gold Coast Rapid Transit and Perth Stadium.
