Improve Hip Mobility — 90/90 Hip Switch

The 90/90 Hip Switch is an awesome sequence you guys can include in your pre-game or pre-training warm-up to improve hip health and mobility. You can also add this exercise in your training as a “filler” in-between sets of your main lifts to improve your position on those lifts.
Programming Advice:
SETS: 1–3
REPS: 5–10 transitions each leg
