The Pull-Back Butt Kick to Lateral Lunge W/OH Reach is one of my favorite catch all mobility drills that you guys can start using in your pre-game/pre-workout warmups to get into better positions on the field and in your workouts! This exercises improves quad and adductor length, hip mobility, core stability, ankle stability, knee stability, upper back mobility, and shoulder mobility.
