Concept Glue Progress Update: 8/19/2015

Right now, I’m sitting at my desk in the Dabble Lab office at Tampa Bay WaVE. In my last post, I said I would post updates — on my progress with Concept Glue — every two weeks or so. Well, I’m already behind. So before starting anything today, I thought I would catch everyone up.

Things have been moving along well.

I finished recording the course videos that will walk the students through starting a business. That was a big milestone for me that I was really happy about.

Another thing I did was set up a page with all the videos on it that you need to sign into. To set up authentication, I used Stormpath. I had a little issue setting that up, that turned out to be a simple fix, and now I really happy with it.

Because the other stuff is finished, I’ve now been trying to get the word out, and I’m really trying for my goal of getting a Concept Glue club running in at least one school this coming up school year. I’ve been talking with a few people about this and hopefully at least one of these will go well.

Since my last post, I also have a new website. If you go to, you can check it out. This site has a much better description of what Concept Glue is, a nice design, and behind the scenes, is setup using Node.js.

To make sure this post stays short, I’m going to cut off here. I’m happy with my progress so far, but there is still a lot to do. So with that being said, I’m gonna get back to work. Oh, and I’ll get better about posting updates regularly.

I’m going to try to post every week or two, to update everyone on my progress with Concept Glue. I really appreciate any likes, favorites, follows, et cetera. It really helps the people who can’t see past my age realize that I’m serious and that, with your help, am going to change education and the world.
