Students living in London are spoilt for choice when it comes to enjoying themselves to the fullest. With this guide, you will be sure of the different activities to take part in with your new uni friends. In this article, we will be focusing on different activities which students love.

Enjoy the dare skywalk: First up on the list of things to do in London is The Dare Skywalk. It is one of the ideal activities for any kind of adrenaline seeker. This is a 90-minute experience that challenges you to scale the height of The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Once you are at the top of the glass walkway, you will be 47 meters above the street level. You can easily look out over the stadium to enjoy a 360-degree view.

Visit the house of Minalima: If you are a Harry Potter fan or you love graphic design, then you can take a trip to The House of MinaLima. This beautiful place is owned by the graphic design duo who worked on Harry Potter films as well as the Fantastic Beasts films. This place is located in the heart of Soho on Wardour Street. You can easily explore some amazing props from the franchise films within the gallery section as well as explore some memorabilia within the shop. It is truly an experience and you don’t have to pay anything to enter this place.

Go to the river Thames: You might have seen different kinds of videos of enjoying a cruise on the river Thames, however, Skuna Boats are quite amazing. You can float across the historic West India Quay in Canary Wharf with your friends on the Hot Tub boat or the BBQ Boat. The Hot Tub option is a completely bespoke electric, easy-to-self-drive, wood-fired hot tub with water heated to 38 degrees Celsius. The water is changed every trip to make sure high hygiene standards and due to the heated water, you can select the option as per the weather.

This place is situated inside a warehouse in Walthamstow, Northeast London and this place is completely free to enter unless you want to buy one of their signs. It is one of the best places to click some photos for your feeds.

Enjoy a drink at WC Wine and Charcuterie: Go to WC Wine and Charcuterie an ex-Victorian water closet that dates back more than 100 years. It is one of the best places, which is located away from the busy streets, and an ideal place to go for a few tipples with friends. The drinks menu has something for everyone to choose from. You can find some amazing signature cocktails to try. Try their WC Fields Martini cocktail or Ambrato Vermouth.

Go to St. Dunstan in the east church garden: St. Dunstan-in-the-East was a Church situated on St. Dunstan’s Hill which is destroyed in the Second World War, the ruins are now a public garden and one of the best green spaces in the city center. This beautiful church is located right in the middle of the city and entry is free. If you want to relax and enjoy some gothic architecture from London’s past, you need to stroll around St. Dunstan.

Explore Lady Dinah’s cat emporium: Calling all the cat lovers, you will be in heaven at Lady Dinah’s Cat Emporium on Bethnal Green Road. Within this 2 story café, you can find resident cats wandering across while sitting and chilling. If you are missing your feline friend from home or you just want to see some cute cats you have to add this to your list of things to do. The interior of this place is very beautiful as there you can find some sofas and bookcases along with a wide range of roaming spaces for the cats to explore.

Enjoy Hyper Reality: Hyper Reality is one of the entertainment venues and bars in East London that has really shot off since it has been started. This place is like no other. It is a virtual reality experience with a wide range of zones to explore including a karaoke room, bar, board games, and retro games. Not to mention, there is even a mini rollercoaster and VR Go-Kart. The ticket prices vary depending on the package you select.

Ride the emirates cable car: If you are bored of staying at your student accommodation London, then go out and enjoy The Emirates Cable Car. This cable car is located 90 meters above the River Thames and it is one of the best ways to get from one side of the city to the other. You can pay online and save money. The cars that arrive every 30 seconds offer you stunning views of the city with the journey being approximately 10 minutes each way.
